I shall be undertaking two different projects in Nepal from 19th June - 19th August (1.5 months as a medical intern, 0.5month on a teaching project).

This summer I am starting at medical school. My volunteer work involves working at a hospital helping and playing with autistic children.

I really look forward to my trip to Vietnam because I have always been fascinated by the Asian culture.

Hi I'm Philippa I'm 19 years old and have just started my gap year. I am applying to start Dentistry in 2013 so as part of my gap year I have chosen to go to Argenina for a month to see a bit more of the world and experience a different side of dentistry.

I've been blessed with so many wonderful things in my life and would like to thank God by sharing some love with his children in Tanzania. Looking forward to spending time volunteering in Tanzania. Welcome to my Tripblog! I'm happy you're reading my experiences and are "travelling with me" to Ghana.
For all the new people I've met and am going to meet: I'm a law-student from Amsterdam who's going to do her bachelor thesis at Projects Abroad Human Rights office in Ghana. I'm outgoing, love a good party, do quite a bit of sports but like to relax in the evenings too with my friends or a book with a cup of tea or a glass of wine, and I have a (growing) passion for travelling. Ghana will be my first experience in a third-world country.
I'll be writing in English throughout my tripblog so my family in England can follow me as well.

Lieve vrienden en familie,
Maandag 24 september zal ik voor 3 maanden naar Ghana vertrekken om daar vrijwilligerswerk te gaan doen. Tijdens mijn verblijf zal ik bij een gastgezin in Kumasi wonen. Door de weeks zal ik werken bij een medisch project en in de weekenden heb ik vrij om door het land te reizen. Vlak voor kerst reis ik door naar Kaapstad Zuid-Afrika. In Zuid-Afrika heb ik een maand de tijd om door dit prachtige land naar Johannesburg te reizen. Op deze blog zal ik proberen jullie zo veel mogelijk op de hoogte te houden! Liefs, Willemijn

I am a first year student at the University of Reading, England. I have decided to travel with Projects Abroad and will be heading out to Botswana for a month at the Conservation project in August 2012. This will be a completely new experience for me, and should be amazing. I am most looking forward to seeing the African wildlife in their natural surroundings and being able to get involved with a group of new people in order to help.
