My last visit to Brayan at the hospital took place last Friday. It is always sad to think I am not going to be able to see him as much as I did before but the satisfaction of helping a bit is there.

He calls me now 'Godfather' which is great to hear. I am sincerely thankful to them, Brayan and Esther who have shown me the meaning of always pushing forward in this world. They will remain in my heart forever.

Sometimes the family grows, sometimes we have to say goodbye. This is the case with a member of our staff who is embarking to another adventure.

She has been part of our family for about two years, she became part of our family and more closely to us, the Mexican staff team! Sandra Fickert says goodbye to Projects Abroad but she leaves great moments behind.

We all wish the best for her in the future plans.

But we do also have good news…Sylwia Rutkowska is joining us officially for full time in our office!

We said goodbye to Sandra and we welcome Sylwia with a nice meal with the rest of the staff. It was a great time with both of them as they are really talented and amazing girls!

So welcome and farewell! We will miss you Sandra! Welcome Sylwia!

Our salsa classes are back! This time we had a new teacher…Alex. He is a good salsa dancer so he took over the place of our salsa instructor just for that week.

The guys arrived early to the office and we stared with the dancing. We had a lot of fun in the class. Hope the classes continue coz the guys are showing a good start!

Thanks to everyone who joined us, it was a good night out too! A great mention to Alex, who did a good job as a teacher!!!

This year has been full of goodbyes from people that has been really close to us, really great friends that one misses straight away when they leave.

Laura Hollier came for 6 months and became an integral part of the family in Projects Abroad Mexico. She is in Argentina now doing a Equine therapy project.

Its been a couple of weeks ago when we had to say goodbye...so we went to the salsa club to dance a little bit with everybody else! A night out together to say...'see ya later'!

We all wish you the best, thanks for sharing such amazing moments in Mexico!!! See you soon for sure!!!!
