Projects Abroad Togo and the Regina Pacis Hospital in Lome would like to thank Monika Bitzer, a Medicine volunteer from Switzerland, for her kind donations. Monika offered various medicines, along with items such as medical gazes. Constructed in 2003 on a budget of 150 million CFA, Regina Pacis is a relatively small Catholic hospital, staffed only by two doctors and eight nurses. The shortage of staff and equipment means that the Projects Abroad volunteers' work, as well as Monika's donations, are greatly appreciated and will be put to good use.
