We have been working in Hydroponic projects during this year and it means that volunteers are working on it, they are so happy because it ´s working so good and martina bustos community is so happy doing it.

They have they first harvest during this month ; they have Lettuce, cilander, and some tomatoes too... and we are so proud of this harvest too....

Pork loins stew

 

 

 

For 4 people, you need 1kg potatoes

• You cook them with the skin about 20min
• When they are cold, peel the potatoes and make it in dices.
• Take a pan and put 3 oil spoons ,warm it ,and then put all potatoes into the pan ,add salt ,put the temperature in medium.
• Move the potatoes a little bit, after that cover it and then cook it during 20 minutes  
• And finally put it into a plate.

 

 How to prepare the meat?

• You need 150 gr pork loins in dices.
• Cook the pork loin during 20 minutes 20min, then add a Little bit of salt and pepper.
• Add sour cream (crema dulce Dos pinos: It is a Costa Rican Brand)  
• And finally Bon Appétit!
